
We’re partnering with a leading AmLaw 200 firm to find an experienced Senior Events Specialist to join their dynamic team in Northern California.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of
high-profile client events and internal programs
that showcase excellence and strengthen relationships. You’ll manage everything from concept development to flawless execution, collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver premium experiences. What You’ll Do: Lead planning and execution of conferences, client entertainment, webinars, and firmwide gatherings. Develop timelines, budgets, and post-event reporting to measure success. Curate strategic guest lists and manage RSVPs for maximum engagement. Oversee logistics including venue selection, vendor negotiations, catering, and on-site coordination. Produce polished event materials that reflect a sophisticated brand identity. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of event management experience in a professional services, corporate, or law firm environment. Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities. Expertise in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems and event platforms (Cvent, Zoom) is a plus.
