We are currently hiring a Complex Director of Finance to oversee, direct and administer all financial operations of the complexed hotels, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
What will you be doing?
As the Complex Director of Finance, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Direct and administer all financial operations of complexed hotels including asset protection, financial reporting, systems management, hotel-wide budget and forecasting, department management, and meeting participation and facilitation.
Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Serve as financial advisor to hotel management and ownership.
Monitor and approve all sales, purchases, salaries and expenses of hotels.
Assist and counsel department heads in the interpretation and analysis of financial data, recommending courses of action to maximize hotel profitability.
Prepare annual plan, projections and budgets.
Monitor and develop team member performance including supervision and professional development, scheduling, counseling and evaluations, and delivering recognition and reward.
Recruit, interview and train team members.
Salary Range:
$155,000 to $175,000, based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
