to lead downstream marketing strategy and execution across a healthcare portfolio. This role is responsible for driving commercial growth through strong HCP engagement, market insights, and launch excellence, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities
Lead North America downstream marketing strategy and execution Manage and develop an HCP-focused marketing team Drive engagement with key opinion leaders, advisory boards, speaker programs, and congresses Deliver market intelligence including competitive insights, trends, and growth drivers Lead product launch planning, execution, and post-launch performance tracking Partner with global teams on positioning, messaging, campaigns, and customer insights Develop customer segmentation, targeting, and market assessments Qualifications
10+ years of marketing experience in life sciences (biotech, pharma, medical products, or related) Proven experience in product commercialization and product launches Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
