The Director, Corporate Real Estate, oversees Samsung’s Corporate Real Estate portfolio and leads design, construction, and project management for workspace expansion across the U.S. This role manages the full lifecycle of new location development—from site selection through lease execution—while driving strategies aligned with growth plans, brand standards, and operational efficiency. The position develops portfolio-level strategies to accelerate expansion and consolidation, supports national rollout initiatives, and ensures projects deliver on time, on budget, and in alignment with enterprise goals. The role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, including Finance, Facilities, Legal, EHS/Security, IT/AV as well as engagement with external partners such as architect/engineering consultants, brokers, and analytics partners. National Real Estate Portfolio Management – Oversee 1,000,000+ SF across 60+ corporate, manufacturing, warehouse, and retail locations to optimize performance, operational efficiency, and long‑term value. Site Selection & Expansion Strategy – Lead market assessments, site selection, due diligence, and permitting; develop strategies to accelerate growth and optimize location strategy. Lead Negotiation & Approval Governance – Negotiate lease terms and conditions for new sites and renewals; oversee financial analysis, deal review processes, and executive‑level approvals. Cross‑Functional Leadership & External Partnerships – Collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with brokers, consultants, and analytics partners to support portfolio growth and operational objectives. Design Strategy & Project Delivery Oversight – Direct design standards, manage construction and renovation projects, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with brand and enterprise goals. Performance Management & Team Development – Based on Post Occupancy performance reports, develop KPIs to drive continuous improvement; train and develop CRE managers to strengthen organizational capability. Skills and Qualifications

Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience: 15+ years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities, or related advisory roles with proven team leadership. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including quantitative and qualitative problem‑solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration and client engagement. Highly self‑motivated, capable of independent work while leading coordinated teams. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; advanced project management and planning skills. Willingness to travel 25%. Education

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field. Preferred: Background in Architecture, Interior Design or Construction Project Management. Impact on the Organization
