About the Role: We’re looking for a
Visual Designer with a strong understanding of business
to help shape how our company communicates visually. This role goes beyond “making things look good”, you’ll design visuals that
support business goals, tell clear stories, and influence decisions .
Your primary focus will be
PowerPoint presentations and business graphics , with opportunities over time to contribute to
website design and product UI .
You’ll work closely with leadership, product, and go-to-market teams to translate complex ideas into clear, polished, and effective visuals.
What You’ll Do Core Responsibilities
Design
executive-level PowerPoint decks
for sales, customers, partners, and investors
Create
business visuals
(process flows, system diagrams, data visuals, frameworks)
Help structure presentations so they
tell a clear business story , not just slides
Develop and maintain
templates
for decks, one-pagers, and internal docs
Support
office and brand design needs
(signage, printed materials, internal visuals)
Growth Areas
Assist with
website design
and visual updates
Contribute to
UI design
for product interfaces and dashboards
Partner with engineering and product teams on design handoff and iteration
Help evolve the company’s
visual and brand system
What We’re Looking For Design Skills
Advanced experience with
PowerPoint
Proficiency in
Figma, Adobe Creative Suite , or similar tools
Business Mindset (Important)
Strong understanding of
business concepts
(strategy, go-to-market, metrics, workflows)
Ability to turn
complex or abstract ideas into clear visuals
Thinks in terms of
outcomes, clarity, and persuasion , not just aesthetics
Nice to Have
Background in
business, consulting, finance, or startups
Experience working with leadership teams
Exposure to
product or UX design
Familiarity with Webflow or design systems

Compensation This role has an expected annual base salary range of $60,000 – $80,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, and location.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for:
Equity or long-term incentives (where applicable)
Benefits including health, dental, vision, and paid time off
Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and business needs, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.
