Role Summary

This is a senior-level Network Engineering management position requiring extensive experience in designing, implementing, and overseeing complex network infrastructures. The role involves leading a team of network professionals, ensuring efficient and secure network operations, and managing a variety of network technologies across data center and enterprise environments. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a network engineering team of 15 or more members, providing strategic direction and mentorship. Design, deploy, and maintain advanced network solutions including Cisco Nexus switches, Meraki, and datacenter networking infrastructure. Implement and support network security protocols, including Cisco ISE and Palo Alto firewalls. Configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP protocols, BGP, OSPF, VPN technologies, and VoIP systems. Oversee network performance monitoring using tools such as Solarwinds and Splunk. Plan and execute network upgrades and migrations to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance. Develop and enforce network security policies, incorporating GDPR compliance standards where applicable. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud services and scripting automation (PowerShell, Python). Maintain documentation of network architecture, configurations, and procedures. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and upgrades. Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in network engineering. At least 5 years of experience managing teams of 15 or more network professionals. Strong expertise in Cisco technologies including Cisco ISE, Nexus switches, and Meraki. Hands‑on experience with datacenter networking and configuring TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF. Knowledge of VPN and VoIP technologies. Experience working with Palo Alto firewalls or similar next‑generation security devices. Familiarity with network monitoring and SIEM tools such as Solarwinds and Splunk. Scripting skills in PowerShell or Python. Cloud networking experience is preferred. Ability to work in an on‑site environment. Publishing Pay Range: $67.00 – $70.00 Hourly This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
