Summary We are seeking an
experienced, producing Mortgage Loan Officer
who wants more than just a desk and a comp plan.
This is a

Responsibilities
Originate and close residential mortgage loans with excellence and speed
Serve as the primary mortgage partner for our real estate sales team’s leads
Collaborate closely with agents to convert, pre-approve, and close buyers
Build, grow, and eventually lead a branch or production pod
Maintain strong referral relationships with agents, builders, and partners
Deliver a best-in-class borrower experience from pre-approval to closing
Qualifications
Prior experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer (required)
Verifiable closed loan volume (recent production history required)
Active or eligible NMLS license
Strong understanding of purchase transactions (not just refinance)
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something meaningful
High integrity, strong communication skills, and team-first mentality
