What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Direct operational activities of the Doctor of Physical Therapy, Doctor of Occupational Therapy, and Doctor of Health Sciences programs

Supervise administrative staff and manage departmental business operations

Develop proposals for new projects and enhance program portfolios

Collaborate with finance teams to ensure departmental operational requirements are met

Serve as the primary liaison for communications with external stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor\'s degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 6 years of relevant professional experience, or a Master\'s degree plus 4 years of relevant professional experience

Strong written and analytical skills

Experience in academic administration managing projects and operational activities

Background in finance and budget management

Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Master\'s degree or equivalent experience in an appropriate area of specialization

Educational preparation and experience to support research, data analysis, and report writing

Strong track record in student advising and recruitment

Experience supervising projects and/or people in an academic environment

Proven ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements
