Job Description We’re looking for motivated, self‑driven sales professionals to become part of our growing Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission‑based opportunity with residual income, suited for those who want control of their time and income.
Responsibilities
Go door‑to‑door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long‑term residuals
Work independently with full support and training
Compensation and Benefits
Uncapped commission – top reps earn $100K+ annually
Residual income – paid monthly on active accounts
Flexible schedule – be your own boss
Sales training and mentorship provided
Activation bonuses paid weekly; residuals paid monthly
Presidents Club incentive trip and annual sales conference
W2 status with health benefits and 401(k)
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self‑source leads through prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking – true hunter mentality
Alignment with our four core values and demonstration of a good human nature
Natural communicator and closer, comfortable with face‑to‑face selling
Resilient, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented
Experience in sales (door‑to‑door, merchant services, or similar) preferred
Location Fully remote. Eligible candidates must have working rights and be able to be in the field of their team region.
