Spencer Rigby is seeking a top performing
Area Sales Director
to lead a
multistate Southwest region
within a
high growth
medical device organisation.
In this role, you’ll oversee both
direct sales representatives
and
distribution partners , with a focus on building, scaling, and driving performance across the team and Southwest region.
We’re open to diverse medical device backgrounds, but you should bring one or more of the following:
Experience leading both
direct and distributor
sales teams
Direct leadership
experience within an
office-based sales
component (clinics/ VA/ DOD/ physician offices etc.)
Orthopaedic or spine
experience (highly desirable)
