You’ll own Bobyard’s in-person events and field marketing engine across construction and landscaping — sourcing the right events, running logistics, securing founder speaking slots, and driving pipeline for Sales. Responsibilities
Plan and execute events/conventions at scale Manage event platforms and tools Track event ROI, pipeline, and revenue impact Source and secure speaking opportunities (founder slots) and coordinate logistics Manage vendors, budgets, and on-site execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and engagement Qualifications
Proven experience planning and executing events/conventions at scale Hands-on with event management platforms Strong CRM + lead capture experience Experience tracking event ROI, pipeline, and revenue impact Comfortable managing vendors, budgets, and on-site execution Highly organized Go-getter Benefits
