
Overview
Quest is looking for a forward-thinking Director of Product Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of our enterprise data solutions software portfolio. In this role, you’ll drive product vision, accelerate innovation, and bring to market intelligent, scalable solutions that solve real-world enterprise challenges. Leading a team of product marketers, you’ll help define the future of our platform and ensure we deliver differentiated value at every stage of the customer journey.
Responsibilities
Own product marketing strategy for the data portion of Quest’s data and metadata business, ensuring alignment with company strategy
Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to shape positioning, roadmap influence, and go-to-market execution
Define and reinforce differentiated messaging and value propositions that clearly articulate why buyers should care about Quest’s offerings
Drive buyer-journey strategy across awareness, evaluation, and purchase stages, ensuring a value-driven, competitive approach that improves conversion and adoption
Oversee creation and governance of customer-facing and partner/sales enablement content, including blogs, solution messaging, launch assets, and modern content formats
Serve as a senior subject matter expert and escalation point for strategic sales opportunities, partners, and key customer engagements
Lead go-to-market planning and execution for major product launches, enhancements, and campaigns, ensuring cross-functional readiness and alignment
Provide strategic input into pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning in collaboration with Product Management, Finance, and Sales leadership
Guide Analyst Relations and Public Relations efforts through consistent messaging, briefings, and technical storytelling that supports Quest’s market leadership
Establish and track product marketing performance metrics, using insights to refine messaging, enablement, and go-to-market effectiveness
Scale product marketing processes, frameworks, and best practices to improve consistency, efficiency, and impact across the organization
Act as a trusted advisor to VP-level leadership, elevating market insights, risks, and recommendations to inform portfolio and go-to-market decisions
Qualifications
12+ years of experience in product management and/or product marketing in B2B software
Proven success leading cross-functional teams and bringing complex software solutions to market, ideally in SaaS, cybersecurity, data, or AI domains
Deep understanding of enterprise software markets, customer buying behavior, and product strategy
Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills with an executive presence
Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA or technical advanced degree also preferred
