Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Here’s an overview:

Own enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and long-range planning in support of company strategy

Lead consolidated financial reporting and performance analysis across the business

Partner with executive and functional leaders to deliver insights on profitability, trends, and key drivers

Lead and further develop the FP&A team while improving processes and scalability

Support growth initiatives including acquisitions, integration efforts, and financial transformation work

Requirements:

Bachelors in Finance, Economics or related field

8+ years of progressive finance experience

Experience working with a $250M+ company

Comfortable with fully-in office work requirements
