U.S. climate and clean energy infrastructure platform .
The business is entering a critical next phase of growth following major commercial agreements and complex financings, and is seeking a
Senior Director of Finance
to partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership team.
This is a
senior, hands‑on finance leadership role
with clear ownership of the company’s
annual budgeting process , forecasting, long‑range planning, capital planning, and performance insight.
The role plays a central part in translating project‑level and commercial activity into disciplined financial plans and clear financial intelligence to support executive, board, and investor decision‑making.
Scope & Responsibilities
Own and lead the company‑wide annual budgeting process , including departmental coordination, consolidation, review cycles, and executive presentation
Drive forecasting, quarterly reforecasting, and long‑range financial planning across the organization
Build and own integrated financial models tied to asset deployment, project timelines, and contracted revenue
Partner closely with the CFO on capital planning, liquidity management, and financing readiness
Support board and investor reporting and preparation of senior leadership materials
Establish scalable FP&A processes, reporting cadence, and performance metrics
Act as a strategic finance partner to commercial, project, and operational teams
Ideal Background
10–15+ years of experience across finance leadership, FP&A, strategic finance, project finance, or infrastructure finance
Experience in
clean energy, renewables, climate, infrastructure, or other asset‑intensive environments
Strong financial modeling and planning foundation with exposure to project‑driven economics
Comfortable operating in a fast‑growing, execution‑oriented environment
Experience supporting senior leadership, lenders, or capital partners preferred
