An exclusive, high-end hospitality organization just outside Nashville is seeking a
Director of Finance / CFO (title flexible)
to join its senior leadership team during a pivotal growth phase. This is a

with a well-capitalized, for-profit organization that blends luxury amenities, hospitality, food & beverage, events, and lifestyle experiences - and has

in a collaborative, people-first culture Long-term growth vision - not a stepping stone role What You'll Own Lead all accounting and finance operations (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, controls, compliance) Serve as a strategic advisor to ownership and executive leadership Translate financial data into insights for non-financial leaders (payroll, margins, events, F&B, contracts) Oversee cash flow, capital planning, audits, and GAAP reporting Mentor and develop a small, capable accounting team Support continued expansion, new amenities, and future acquisitions Ideal Background 7-10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience with leadership responsibility Hospitality, private club, high-end hotel, restaurant, or events required Strong operational mindset - comfortable being hands-on and visible in the business CPA a plus (not required for the right candidate) Values tenure, loyalty, integrity, and teamwork -
