Director of Finance
to take full ownership of consolidated reporting, global tax strategy, and enterprise-wide finance transformation. This is not a maintenance role. This is a mandate to
raise the bar —on accuracy, speed, automation, and strategic insight. You will operate at the center of executive decision-making, with direct influence on profitability, capital discipline, and long-term value creation across a complex, international business. Why This Role Is Different

Financial Reporting & Close Excellence
Lead and continuously improve consolidated month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close Deliver GAAP-compliant consolidated and divisional financials with speed and precision Standardize global reporting structures, chart of accounts, and financial data governance Global Tax Leadership
Own global tax strategy, including planning, provisioning, compliance, and transfer pricing Lead audit readiness and risk mitigation across U.S. and international jurisdictions Forecasting, Performance & Insight
Enforce rigor across budgeting, forecasting, and financial analytics Translate complex financial and tax data into clear executive-level insight Finance Transformation & Systems
Drive ERP optimization (Oracle Fusion or comparable) and finance automation (AI, RPA) Eliminate manual work, improve controls, and scale systems to support growth Controls, Risk & Governance
Maintain a strong internal control environment with zero tolerance for breakdowns Anticipate risk and proactively strengthen financial governance Leadership & Influence
Build, challenge, and develop high-performing Accounting and Tax teams Partner aggressively with Operations, Commercial, IT, and Supply Chain to improve margins, discipline, and execution What It Takes to Win in This Role
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred 10+ years of progressive leadership in financial reporting and tax Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and global tax compliance Proven success leading transformation, systems initiatives, and complex change ERP leadership experience required (Oracle preferred) Executive presence, intellectual rigor, and the ability to drive accountability What’s Offered
