Mentor Senior Controller and accounting team.
Implement scalable systems and process automation.
Qualifications
10+ years progressive accounting with 5+ in leadership (real estate development required).
Deep GAAP and project accounting expertise.
Experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar platforms.
