Senior Tax Manager

Manage and review federal and multi-state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-Corps, and C-Corps Provide tax planning and advisory support to a diverse client base Serve as a technical resource for complex tax matters and research Supervise, mentor, and develop senior and staff-level tax professionals Oversee engagements to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery Communicate directly with clients and assist in resolving IRS and state notices Collaborate with firm leadership on workflow, deadlines, and process improvements Qualifications CPA required 6+ years of experience in public accounting Prior experience at the Tax Manager or Supervisor level Strong knowledge of individual and business taxation Experience reviewing multi-state tax returns Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines Strong communication and leadership skills What the Firm Offers Hybrid work schedule (based on team needs) Supportive, team-oriented culture Direct exposure to firm leadership Long-term career growth within public accounting
