Senior Director of Multi-Family Asset Management and Acquisitions
Salary up to $200K+ base & 20% Bonus Target

About the Role We are seeking a Senior Director of Asset Management with extensive financial services and fund accounting experience to join a dynamic team overseeing a large portfolio. This role will involve leading strategic initiatives to drive asset performance, oversee market and financial analysis, and work collaboratively across operations, capital, and acquisitions teams. You’ll directly influence portfolio value and work on both operational and investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial performance and market trends to identify opportunities.
Develop strategies to maximize asset value in partnership with key internal teams.
Provide leadership on budgeting, capital allocation, and operational efficiencies.
Support acquisition underwriting and due diligence processes.
Lead reporting efforts to monitor and enhance portfolio performance.
Mentor junior analysts and guide strategic decisions based on financial insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
8+ years in asset management or financial services, with a background in multi-family or similar asset types.
Strong background in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and cash management.
Proven ability to manage large-scale portfolios and lead cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
