Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Enterprise & Executive Leadership
Serve as a senior leader contributing to enterprise strategy, growth planning, and cross- functional decision-making.
Lead Regional Directors of Business Development with clarity, accountability, and curiosity.
Translate enterprise growth objectives into executable regional strategies.
Partner with Operations, Clinical/Quality, Marketing, and Finance to ensure growth plans are informed and scalable.
National & Regional Growth Strategy
Design and execute a national business development strategy that drives sustainable growth.
Guide RDOs in adapting national strategy to local market conditions.
Identify growth opportunities through disciplined analysis and curiosity-driven learning.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and referral behaviors.
Sales Enablement & Field Execution
Ensure Regional Directors enable (not duplicate) the work of Area Sales Managers and Home Care Liaisons.
Establish operating rhythms that promote learning, feedback, and shared problem-solving.
Champion consistent sales processes and referral engagement standards.
Partner cross-functionally to support training and field enablement.
Talent Development & Performance Management
Build and sustain a high-performance, values-driven business development organization.
Develop RDO capability in leadership, data-driven decision-making, and execution.
Normalize feedback, inquiry, and continuous improvement.
Address performance gaps with urgency and care.
Client, Referral & Market Leadership
Oversee strategy for key referral relationships and partnerships.
Seek to understand referral partner needs and expectations.
Ensure referral promises align with operational and care delivery realities.
Represent the organization with credibility and professionalism.
Reporting, Governance & Board Communication
Lead regular performance reviews with Regional Directors.
Provide Executive Leadership with clear, data-driven updates.
Participate in Monthly Operating Reviews and Board presentations as required.

Required Skills, Education, and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the homecare or healthcare sector.
Proven ability to lead and scale sales teams across multiple regions or markets.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing strategic growth plans, with a focus on revenue generation and market expansion.
Strong understanding of homecare services, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and guide high-performance teams.
Familiarity with CRM software and data-driven decision-making tools.
Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Physical Requirements
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Ability to lift and carry up to 15-20 pounds
Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged period of time throughout the work day
Ability to use standard office equipment such as personal computer, laptop, telephone, photocopy machine, etc.
