Avoca Search is proud to partner with The Graves Gilbert Clinic in their search for an Executive Director of Ancillary Services to support their growing organization. The Executive Director of Ancillary Services is a key member of the executive leadership team for a dynamic, physician-owned, multi-specialty clinic. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for Ancillary departments with a strong focus on growth, service line expansion, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Ancillary Services is comprised of Laboratory, Radiology, Physical Therapy, and Pharmacy. The Executive Director will champion innovation and high-quality care, aligning ancillary services with the clinic’s patient-centric and physician-led mission. The Executive Director will report to the Chief Administrative Officer and will work collaboratively with the senior leadership team, physicians, and staff.
This is an exciting time to join Graves Gilbert Clinic as they are growing expeditiously. This role will identify and lead expansion opportunities including new services lines (e.g., advanced imaging, molecular testing), satellite site development, and direct-to-consumer offerings.
Ideal candidates for this role will have appropriate ancillary services leadership experience in
healthcare, along with the following at minimum:
Seven to ten years of progressive leadership in multi-site healthcare operations, preferably within a physician-owned or outpatient clinical environment.
Direct experience managing Ancillary Services.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field is required.
