Execution Trader

Overview I'm delighted to partner with a $2bn/5 person hedge fund in New York, who are looking to hire an Execution Trader for the first time. Founded 5 years ago, their CIO is hiring someone to work directly alongside him, adding bandwidth to current strategies. Across the event driven space, trades will cover equities, listed derivatives, fixed income and FX.

What you will get

Flexible salary + discretionary bonus

Working closely with the entire team, particularly the CIO. You will learn from him directly, and gain in-depth industry knowledge

What you will do

Manage the majority of trade execution across a range of asset classes

Trade within established limits, manage order flow, and communicate results with the CIO

There will be a pathway towards growth as the firm grows, organically established by your own progress

What you will need

3-8 years of execution experience in any asset class

Experience with Enfusion (OMS), Python and Bloomberg are preferred but not required

To be able to work in the Manhattan office 2-5 days/week, depending on your preference
