for an

Executive Director . The Executive Director will oversee the daily operations and management of the senior living community. Responsibilities include leading staff, maintaining compliance with regulations, managing budgets and resources, ensuring a high standard of service for residents, and fostering a positive, family‑oriented community. The role also involves developing and implementing strategic plans, managing resident relationships, and supporting the physical, emotional, and social well‑being of residents.

Qualifications

Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in team management, strategic planning, and decision‑making.

Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.

Experience and skills in resident care, personalized services, and addressing residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.

Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing senior living communities and the ability to ensure regulatory compliance.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community.

Associate degree required or years of experience equivalent; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Previous experience in senior living management or healthcare administration is a strong asset.
