Calyx Living of Fuquay seeks an Executive Director who values a contemporary, holistic approach for seniors seeking an authentic experience. Job Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day operations, including service delivery, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, staffing, and sales. Maintain resident satisfaction while staying at full occupancy; provide leadership to ensure quality care and enhance the lives of all residents. Use excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents’ families, the local community, and your team. Ensure the community is operated in accordance with Calyx’s policies, values, and all governmental regulations. Inspire staff to internalize our mission and values and focus on the best interests of our residents. Support all human‑resource functions including hiring, retention, staffing, and oversight of the department‑head team. Promote community services to families and the public. Qualifications
North Carolina assisted‑living administrator certification, or the ability to obtain it within six months of hire. At least 3 years of executive‑management experience in senior living, health care, or hospitality. B‑level degree. Basic computer skills, including comfort with Microsoft Office and data entry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience directing and supervising a team – hiring, coaching, and performance yakwe management. A passion for working with seniors.
