that deliver measurable business impact. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving the development, transformation, and governance of enterprise technology platforms across the organization. In this role, you will lead and grow a team of
12+ software developers, data engineers, and platform engineers , operating at the intersection of
cloud computing, data engineering, architecture, and analytics . The ideal leader blends

Enterprise Platform Strategy & Execution Execute the enterprise strategy for software and data platforms aligned to organizational priorities and business goals. Drive multi-year modernization roadmaps spanning application architecture, integration, data platforms, and analytics capabilities. Establish platform governance, engineering standards, and operational excellence practices across delivery teams. Lead modernization initiatives including legacy refactors, system re-platforming, cloud migrations, and automation programs. Microservices Event-driven and real-time processing Cloud-native development and infrastructure Oversee platform engineering across modern stacks including .NET, Python, Azure, and enterprise integration tooling. Data Architecture & Advanced Analytics Enablement Lead the design and implementation of modern data architectures that support: Real-time insights Enterprise reporting and dashboarding Predictive analytics and machine learning enablement Leverage technologies and platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, and Python to support strategic insights and enterprise decision-making. Ensure data governance, integrity, privacy, and usability across platforms. Enable and champion AI/ML, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics to improve operations and enhance customer experiences. Drive adoption of automation-first thinking across engineering and analytics workflows. Leadership, Team Development & Culture
Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams of software engineers and data engineers. Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation. Champion experimentation and continuous improvement while maintaining enterprise reliability and security standards. Stakeholder Partnership & Executive Communication
Partner with product, architecture, security, and business leaders to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and unlock new opportunities. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership by translating complex technical initiatives into clear business value. Program Delivery & Operational Leadership
Oversee program execution, vendor partnerships, budgeting, and resource planning to ensure successful and timely delivery. Ensure platform initiatives are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with enterprise standards.
