The Opportunity Morgan 6 is seeking two (2) full-time Country Directors, to support the Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force, International Affairs (SAF/IA) with a focus on Singapore and the Indo-Pacific region. These positions are for a future opportunity. This role provides advisory and assistance support (A&AS) for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Security Cooperation programs and requires close coordination with the Department of the Air Force (DAF), Department of Defense (DoD), interagency partners, and foreign counterparts.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end support for DAF Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case development, execution, and lifecycle management
Support pre-LOR activities, LOA development, and case execution tracking
Coordinate technical releasability, disclosure, and policy requirements with DAF stakeholders
Develop briefings, correspondence, background papers, and point papers for senior leadership
Maintain program trackers, databases, and case status reports
Coordinate and support engagements between the U.S. Air Force and Singaporean counterparts
Track training, exercises, personnel exchanges, and key leader engagements
Maintain essential personnel contact lists across U.S. interagency and foreign partner organizations
Support sustainment strategies and future capability planning for partner nation programs
Collaborate with DSCA, AFSAC, AFLCMC, OSD, DoS, and industry stakeholders as required
Support program analysis, reporting, and decision-making in a fast-paced mission environment
Requirements
U.S. Citizen
Active DoD Secret security clearance
Bachelor’s degree (International Affairs or related field strongly preferred)
4+ years of experience performing Department of the Air Force (DAF) FMS case development, programming, and implementation
2+ years of Security Cooperation experience or experience with DSCA or a similar Implementing Agency
Experience supporting Singapore or the Indo-Pacific region (highly desired)
Experience using the Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP)
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mission-focused environment
Highly Desired Qualifications
Prior experience as a SAF/IA Country Director, Country Team Lead, or Regional Lead
U.S. DoD staff experience (military or civilian)
Experience supporting F-16, F-15, and/or F-35 programs
Familiarity with security cooperation and FMS lifecycle processes
Fluency or proficiency in Mandarin and regional/cultural familiarity with Singapore
Location Pentagon, with CONUS and OCONUS travel.

Competitive Compensation & Benefits Compensation varies based on factors such as location, experience, and skill set. For positions based in California, Colorado, D.C., Maryland, New York, or Washington, the salary range is $135,000 – $150,000 (if annualized).
