Rated Sports Group is one of the leading youth soccer event operators in North America, delivering elite, high-volume tournaments and showcases. We operate 15 major events annually and are building the next generation of tournament operations, technology, and scale. Role Overview
The Tournament Director is responsible for planning, building, executing, and closing out Rated Sports events. This role requires proven experience running competitive soccer tournaments and strong proficiency in GotSport. Key Responsibilities
Own the full lifecycle of tournaments from planning to post-event close-out Build and manage schedules, divisions, brackets, and standings in GotSport/GotSoccer Oversee on-site operations including staff, referees, and field logistics Serve as the primary contact for clubs, coaches, referees, and venues Promote existing and new events to clubs, coaches, referees, and venues Manage weather delays, reschedules, and real-time issue resolution Coordinate with municipalities, referee assignors, and internal teams Help standardize and improve tournament operating procedures Work closely with hospitality to manage travel groups Qualifications
3 years experience managing youth or competitive soccer tournaments Strong working knowledge of GotSport (required) Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure Willingness to travel for events
