Contractual Clinical Director

Position Overview The Clinical Director will oversee and enhance the clinical services at Genesis Behavioral Services, by optimizing our clinical workflows and providing direct supervision to staff while ensuring compliance with state and regulatory guidelines. You'll be responsible for driving quality improvement, expanding service offerings, and fostering strong community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Attend
weekly administrative meetings
to guide clinical service operations.
Review and update policies and procedures
(agency, staff, and client handbooks) to ensure best practices are followed.
Ensure compliance
with OhioMHAS/Medicaid standards and maintain up-to-date licensure.
Oversee
website, marketing, and social media
strategies to align with the agency’s growth goals.
Explore opportunities for
program growth and service expansion.
Collaborate with consultants to achieve
CARF accreditation.
Ensure compliance with OhioMHAS regulations.
Recruit and hire clinical staff , including outreach liaisons to attract new clients.
Engage in
community engagement and crisis management
by developing partnerships and attending community events.
Offer training
to both therapists and supervisors on various clinical topics.
Monitor clinical documentation
to ensure timely submissions and Medicaid compliance.
Develop and implement
quality improvement initiatives
for the agency.
Oversee
client referrals and intake processes , ensuring efficient communication between therapists and clients.
What We're Looking For
A proactive and driven leader with a commitment to clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
Advanced degree in Behavioral Health with independent licensure (Ohio). LISW, LISW‑S, LPCC, LPCC‑S, LMFT, LMFT‑S.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a clinical setting.
Strong understanding of clinical operations, Medicaid compliance, and quality standards.
Proven ability to manage and mentor clinical staff, ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Compensation
$100,000 annually, paid bi-weekly.
