What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Engage in strategic discussions to gather insights and share clinical information with key thought leaders
Conduct business discussions related to on-label product information and disease states
Coordinate thought leader engagements for senior executives at various conferences
Support the development of a speaker bureau, including training and feedback for speakers
Ensure all activities with thought leaders comply with company policies and industry regulations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or advanced certification preferred
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in fields such as Thought Leader Liaison, field sales, or brand marketing
Proven expertise in marketing strategies within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong organizational skills and project management experience
Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel 60%-80% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in hematology/oncology markets strongly preferred
Launch experience in pharmaceutical products preferred
Familiarity with physician-administered biologics
