Job Summary:

This individual contributor position is primarily responsible for consulting on change management programs or initiatives, supporting the planning and implementation of organizational design and integration programs, providing executive/leadership coaching, performing culture and climate assessments, and providing data analysis support for organizational initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities

Practice self‑development and promote learning in others by providing information, resources, and expertise; build relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders; influence others through technical explanations; adapt to competing demands and new responsibilities; listen and respond to performance feedback; provide feedback; create and execute plans; support team collaboration; and learn from change.

Complete work assignments and support business‑specific projects by applying expertise in the subject area; develop work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines; ensure team follows all procedures and policies; coordinate resources; collaborate cross‑functionally to make business decisions; solve complex problems; and recognize improvement opportunities.

Consult on large‑scale change management programs including changes in organizational structure, work processes, new kinds of work, and new technologies; work closely with leadership to design, develop, direct, and deliver change initiatives; provide change management strategies and tactics; and monitor and measure effectiveness.

Support the planning and implementation of organizational design and integration programs; consult on changes in structures and functions; collaborate on visioning and culture awareness; support diversity, inclusion, and equity; align structure with broader strategy; and integrate units effectively.

Provide executive/leadership coaching and transition consulting as a trusted advisor; serve as a thought partner; leverage creative processes; and support onboarding, new leader transitions, and formal coaching processes including 360‑degree feedback.

Consult on organizational strategy, strategic goals, and initiatives for large functions or units; act as content expert to HR and business leadership; consult on 3‑year strategic planning, annual goal development, and alignment between culture and business goals.

Consult on initiatives to enhance partnerships and evolve high‑performance teams through developmental assessments, targeted interventions, mission and goal development, and role clarification.

Conduct culture and climate assessments to understand impact on strategic goals; assess teams, work groups, or larger functions; and design solutions for strategic and cultural alignment.

Perform data analyses supporting organizational initiatives: identify appropriate tools and approaches; determine data gathering and analysis methods; define data requirements and obtain client agreements; conduct analyses to evaluate effectiveness; and identify risks through data‑driven analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Behavioral/Social Science, Public Administration or related field and minimum six years experience in organizational development, including but not limited to change management, organizational design, leadership development, cultural transformation, and/or performance improvement. Equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Behavioral/Social Science, Public Administration or related field.

OD certification, related certification, or completion of related formal training program (e.g., Organizational Design, Change Management, Assessment Tools, Coaching).
