What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead, mentor, and manage a global team of cybersecurity professionals, establishing clear objectives and performance standards
Oversee day‑to‑day security operations, including incident detection and response, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence
Act as the primary cybersecurity liaison to executive leadership and business units, promoting transparency and alignment
Develop and manage the cybersecurity budget, prioritizing resources effectively
Establish and maintain security dashboards and KPIs to communicate performance and risks to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline required
Minimum of 8+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role required
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, operations, and governance practices
Proven ability to represent cybersecurity to executive leadership and articulate complex risks
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred
Relevant professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent)
Demonstrated experience developing and maturing cybersecurity functions and teams
Experience managing budgets and third‑party security relationships
Leadership qualities that inspire trust and accountability at all levels
