Associate Director
– Programmatic Team
Havas Media Network North America, the Media Experience agency, is looking for an
Associate Director
to join the Programmatic Team, part of our global community of 10,000 team members focused on using Meaningful Media to make a meaningful difference to brands, businesses, and people.
Reporting to the SVP, Performance Investment, the role is critical in delivering programmatic strategy and delivery:
Develop, grow, and maintain strong client relationships
Work with planning and media buying teams to develop programmatic strategy
Aide in the management and training of new strategists within Havas Programmatic
Act as a point of escalation into the SVP, Programmatic Strategy for front office engagement needs
A DAY IN THE LIFE MIGHT LOOK LIKE:
Deliver programmatic strategy as part of yearly, half yearly and quarterly planning process as part of the agency’s integrated planning teams
Deliver response to briefs as part of the agencies integrated planning teams
Understand latest developments in programmatic from industry news, attending industry events and working with Havas Media Programmatic leadership
Understand and evangelize Havas Media products
Planning
Deliver programmatic pricing in support of day-to-day planning and new business activity
Deliver programmatic plans which feed into integrated channel planning
Activation
Become an expert in and be able to deliver training in front office facing products
Ensure that invoicing, briefing and SLA process is understood and adhered to by all applicable teams
Aide in management, training and onboarding within programmatic team
Act as the primary interface between clients and Havas teams
Ensure all campaign requirements are delivered according to SLAs in time for campaign launch
Work with team members to translate weekly reports and optimization commentary to Media / Planning teams and clients
Meet with team members regularly to understand campaign management and optimization
Lead on QA and troubleshooting support with team members across programmatic campaigns and ensure campaign excellence and best practices are implemented in partnership with Havas Programmatic leadership
Clients
Develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships with clients
Work alongside Media / Planning teams to ensure the Programmatic Team delivers integrated digital technology solutions, which places innovation and best practice at the heart of all recommendations
Act as the programmatic expert and primary point of contacts for clients
WHAT YOU’LL NEED/SKILLS:
Experience buying/planning digital campaign (programmatic and/or social)
Knowledge of programmatic fundamentals and landscape
3-4+ years' experience with programmatic planning and/or trading background preferred

A strong customer-service mentality
Interested in working in a team environment, with a passion to manage and mentor junior team members to grow and develop skillset
