Position Summary The IT Director serves as the strategic technology leader responsible for shaping, governing, and executing enterprise-wide IT initiatives. This role is central to advancing the organization’s digital transformation, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), and Intune to modernize operations and enable a secure, collaborative workplace.
Responsibilities
Define and execute IT strategy aligned with organizational goals, emphasizing low‑code/no‑code solutions through Microsoft Power Platform.
Lead digital transformation initiatives, including automation, data visualization, and cloud migration.
Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance efficiency and innovation.
Oversee the development and deployment of Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards.
Implement governance frameworks, including Center of Excellence Toolkit, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and application lifecycle management.
Ensure seamless integration with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
Manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) for identity, access control, and conditional access policies.
Oversee Microsoft Intune for device compliance, endpoint protection, mobile device management, and AutoPilot.
Lead initiatives supporting Zero Trust architecture and secure access protocols.
Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies to ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other applicable standards.
Monitor the threat landscape and implement proactive security measures across cloud and on‑premise environments.
Coordinate with Information Security and legal teams on audits, incident response, and data governance initiatives.
Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing IT team with expertise in cloud platforms, automation, and enterprise technologies.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate third‑party solutions for strategic alignment.
Foster a culture of innovation, agility, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Proficiency in PowerShell and scripting
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
3+ years of hands‑on experience in Power Platform and/or Microsoft 365 environments
Required Certifications:
CompTIA A+
CompTIA Security+
Preferred Certifications
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Security Engineer Associate
