Company Description Location: US-Remote (Must be in US at time of application) R26_0000043 #LI-Remote Job Description The VP, Enterprise Sales - AI Retail Pricing Solutions, is a senior commercial leader responsible for driving revenue growth, market adoption, and strategic expansion of the organization's AI and analyticspowered Retail Price Optimization solutions. This role combines deep consultative selling expertise with strong crossfunctional leadership, acting as the central commercial voice partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Data Science, and Sales leaders across the organization. The VP leads the endtoend commercial motion: shaping the value story, expanding customer penetration, steering complex enterprise deals, and ensuring the product roadmap is informed by customer needs and market dynamics.
Responsibilities
Own the national revenue strategy for Retail Price Optimization, including pipeline creation, forecasting, target attainment, and expansion opportunities
Lead enterpriselevel sales engagements across Grocery, Mass, Convenience, Drug, and other retail verticals
Build and scale a consultative sales motion that positions Retail Price Optimization as a strategic growth lever for clients
Partner with Sales Leaders across the organization to integrate price optimization solutions into broader portfolio strategies and joint account plans
Serve as the senior thought partner for Csuite and VPlevel retail clients, translating pricing, promotion, and margin challenges into actionable solution strategies
Lead complex multistakeholder negotiations, including design of pricing pilots, proofofconcepts, and longterm optimization programs
Elevate proposals and pitches by articulating ROI, strategic pricing transformation benefits, and AI-driven automation opportunities
Act as the commercial voice in product roadmap discussions, ensuring customer needs and deal feedback shape future capabilities
Provide early input on new features, competitive gaps, pricing structures, and product packaging
Partner with Marketing to develop thought leadership, launch campaigns, case studies, and category-defining narratives for the price optimization space
Represent the business at industry events, webinars, and executive roundtables
Work closely with regional and vertical sales leaders to embed Retail Price Optimization into account strategies and GTM plans
Ensure alignment between commercial motions, deal desk processes, and executive stakeholders
Maintain a deep understanding of retail pricing dynamics, competitive intelligence, and evolving AI/automation trends
Regularly engage with retail executives to identify unmet needs, emerging pricing challenges, and opportunities for expansion
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, revenue leadership, retail analytics, or pricing technology
Proven track record of leading consultative, highvalue, multiyear enterprise deals
Expertise in
retail pricing ,
promotion strategy ,
analytics , or
SaaS/AI-driven optimization platforms
Demonstrated success partnering crossfunctionally with Product, Marketing, and Commercial leadership
Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
Additional Information This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range:
$141,500.00 - 147,500.00 . Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
