We are looking for a
Founding Sales Lead
to own and drive early revenue. This is
not
a “figure it out from scratch” situation. You will be selling: A
mature product platform , well beyond MVP A solution already resonating with enterprise buyers A differentiated offering in a crowded AI market Role Fit
This role is designed for someone who: Wants to step in
early but not blindly Is motivated by
commission, ownership, and long-term upside Wants influence over how the company scales commercially As revenue becomes predictable,
salary and expanded equity will come online , aligned with performance and company growth expectations for this year. What You’ll Do
Lead sales efforts for enterprise pilots, proofs of concept, and early production deployments Convert warm inbound interest and founder-led demos into closed deals Work Directly With the Founding Team
Partner closely with the founder and technical leadership during sales cycles Help refine messaging, packaging, and pricing based on real enterprise feedback Influence roadmap priorities based on market signal, not guesswork Build the Go-To-Market Foundation
Help define ICPs, buying personas, and deal structures Establish early sales process, qualification standards, and pipeline discipline Lay the groundwork for future sales hires and leadership What Makes This Role Different

Required Experience selling
enterprise software, platforms, or complex solutions Comfort selling into
technical, regulated, or compliance-sensitive environments Ability to run consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability Ideal (but not required)
Experience with AI, data platforms, analytics, or infrastructure Familiarity with healthcare, energy, or operational systems Prior early-stage or growth-stage startup experience Commission-first compensation
with meaningful upside Equity participation
