Job Description We’re looking for a motivated, self‑driven sales professional to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission‑based opportunity with residual income, perfect for those who want to control their time and income.
What You’ll Do
Go door‑to‑door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long‑term residuals
Work independently with full support and training

You Are
A natural communicator and closer
Comfortable with face‑to‑face selling
Resilient, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented
Experienced in sales (door‑to‑door, merchant services, or similar preferred)
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
Can work well independently and as part of a team
Self‑source leads through prospecting, cold‑calling, networking – hunter mentality
Align with Xplor Pay core values and a positive, people‑first attitude
Location Fully remote. You must have eligible working rights and be able to be in the field of your team region.
