, you will lead and scale an international origination function, driving new trading products, business opportunities, and long-term partnerships across European energy markets. Your Impact
Lead, develop, and scale the Origination organization with full accountability for results Originate new trading products, PPA solutions, and structured energy offerings Build and strengthen strategic partnerships across European wholesale markets Drive high-impact projects related to advanced trading services and flexible energy assets Collaborate closely with Trading and Analytics teams to bring innovation to market What You Bring
Proven leadership experience (3+ years) in trading or origination roles within the energy sector, with strong exposure to wholesale energy markets Strong understanding of European wholesale energy markets and structured products Strategic, commercial mindset with the ability to drive growth and build long-term partnerships University degree in economics, engineering, or a related technical field, with advanced academic background viewed as a strong asset Fluent English is required; knowledge of CEE and Southeast European languages is a strong advantage High drive, ownership mindset, and ambition to lead at scale Why This Opportunity
