Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and deployment of software releases, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget

Monitor and optimize team velocity and throughput using Agile metrics and tools

Collaborate with Product Management and Shared Services leaders to evaluate enhancement requests and incorporate strategic product improvements

Drive routines and commitments through your leaders for daily standups and sprint planning

Build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering teams across multiple disciplines

Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in engineering leadership roles

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline

Proven success leading teams delivering supply chain B2B SaaS platforms

Strong experience with cloud-native development

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Proven track record building and delivering large-scale B2B SaaS applications

Experience with eCommerce solutions, EDI, and SaaS platforms

Expertise in modern development frameworks and languages (Java, C#, .NET, Node.js, Python, or similar)

Demonstrated experience improving team velocity and optimizing engineering workflows

Experience with microservices, REST APIs, containerization, and event-driven architectures
