The Director of Enterprise Applications is accountable for core business systems that support finance, operations, sales, and enterprise workflows. This role owns the strategy, execution, and reliability of ERP, CRM, and supporting platforms, ensuring systems are accurate, scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs. This leader brings strong accounting and operational expertise,

deep command of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central , and the ability to deliver results through a combination of hands-on leadership and managed service providers. The role operates at the intersection of finance, operations, and technology, with responsibility for turning enterprise systems into measurable business outcomes. Strategic Leadership

Define and execute the enterprise applications strategy aligned with IT and business priorities Own application roadmaps across ERP, CRM, and related platforms Translate finance and operational requirements into scalable system capabilities Serve as a senior partner to Finance, Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership Balance innovation, control, and reliability in regulated environments Serve as

executive owner of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central , with deep responsibility for finance and operations functionality Ensure systems fully support accounting, close, reporting, inventory, purchasing, and revenue processes Maintain data integrity, auditability, and internal controls across financial workflows Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning through accurate and timely system data Partner closely with Finance leadership while maintaining IT governance and delivery standards Enterprise Applications & Integrations

Own ERP, CRM, and supporting enterprise applications end-to-end Ensure reliable integrations across finance, sales, operations, HR, and reporting platforms Drive simplification and standardization of workflows across systems Ensure application performance, availability, and scalability support business growth Lead delivery through a hybrid model of internal resources and third-party service providers Establish clear expectations, SLAs, and accountability for external partners Oversee implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements from planning through execution Ensure issues are resolved promptly and root causes are permanently addressed Governance, Security & Compliance

Ensure enterprise applications meet regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements Enforce role-based access controls, segregation of duties, and financial governance Partner with Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams on access management, data protection, and risk mitigation Maintain disciplined change management for all system modifications Leadership & Reporting

Build and lead a high-performing enterprise applications team and vendor ecosystem Establish clear ownership, documentation, and support models for all platforms Provide regular reporting on system health, risks, delivery progress, and business impact Act as the escalation point for critical application issues impacting finance or operations Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field 8+ years of experience leading ERP and enterprise application environments Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, particularly finance and operations Demonstrated experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and inventory operations through ERP systems Strong accounting and financial process knowledge Proven experience delivering solutions through third-party service providers Experience working in regulated industries Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications

CPA, MBA, or equivalent financial leadership background Experience supporting rapid growth, mergers and acquisitions, or system consolidation Familiarity with CRM platforms and enterprise integrations Experience partnering with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Data teams
