Senior Salesforce Administrator – Sr. Salesforce Administrator. Responsible for scaling Salesforce commercial operations across the U.S., U.K., Europe, and Japan, driving process improvements, and integrating technology to meet sales targets. Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Salesforce Architect to translate technical designs into scalable platform solutions. Hands‑on configuration, ongoing maintenance, and continuous enhancement of the Salesforce ecosystem. Refine and implement the next iteration of SFDC and research partner integrations to increase customer targeting and improve the contracting process. Implement, maintain, and enhance Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms and related SaaS applications. Execute the configuration of Salesforce CPQ based on architectural designs, including Product Bundles, Option Constraints, Price Rules, and Discount Schedules. Own the SKU lifecycle in Salesforce, ensuring new products are set up correctly for quoting, billing, and revenue recognition. Implement scalable system logic to support evolving business pricing models, ensuring the quoting engine remains accurate and low‑maintenance. Regularly audit data quality; run deduplication and cleanup efforts to ensure accurate forecasting. Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems within the Salesforce.com environment. Adhere to and strengthen Change Management/Change Control processes, maintaining the security and integrity of our environment. Organize and perform testing and validation activities, where applicable. Train users on new and existing features within Salesforce.com and other SaaS applications plugged into SFDC. Skills & Qualifications
Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including User Profiles, Flow, custom objects and fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports. Expert knowledge of development and configuration of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and other Salesforce solutions. Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and other integrated systems. Excellent relationship‑building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities. Attentive to detail with strong quality control. Passionate about Heartflow’s mission. Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (four‑year program). 5+ years related Salesforce.com experience. Compensation
