This exciting Salesforce Architect opportunity presents the opportunity to shape digital transformation initiatives for a dynamic and growing entertainment organization. You'll design cutting-edge solutions that enhance guest experiences, drive sales enablement, and optimize enterprise operations while working with the latest Salesforce technologies and integrations.
As a Salesforce Architect, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, high-performance technology solutions that support the evolving needs of our organization. This role focuses on architecting and integrating the Salesforce ecosystem and related digital platforms to improve guest engagement, sales enablement, marketing automation, and enterprise operations.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategic roadmaps, build robust digital infrastructures, and ensure alignment between IT capabilities and organizational objectives.
Overview
Start Date: Immediate Duration: Contract, with option to convert to an employee, or Direct Hire Location: Orange, CA (on-site). Some evening or weekend work may be required during system launches, releases, or event support cycles Compensation: Starting at $80 per hour (W2) plus benefits. (W2 Only, No C2C/3rd Party). Higher rate depending on skills and experience. The offered compensation to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors, including (but not limited to) the type and length of experience within the industry, education, and other relevant qualifications. Architect and implement scalable solutions within Salesforce and integrated digital platforms to meet organizational goals across Sales, Marketing, Guest Services, Special Events, and Partnerships Define and maintain architecture standards and best practices for Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, and Agentic solutions Analyze business needs and translate them into robust technical designs that align with enterprise IT strategy Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms to support digital transformation initiatives Integration & Technical Leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration strategies between Salesforce and other enterprise systems such as ERP, ticketing, and customer data platforms Oversee the design and performance of APIs, middleware, and data flows that support customer engagement and operational workflows Design and execute configuration, field and object creation, workflow automation, and oversee vendors to ensure cohesive, scalable solutions Lead technical planning, solution design reviews, and architecture governance for Salesforce initiatives Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across digital platforms, ensuring timely implementation of fixes and improvements Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to development teams, Salesforce administrators, and business/data analysts Stay informed of Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and industry trends to guide future-state architecture planning Oversee Salesforce administration including user provisioning, permissions, security roles, and governance Manage environment setup, release coordination, and change control across sandboxes and production environments Maintain platform integrity through data management, configuration optimization, and documentation of system changes Partner with IT Security and business teams to ensure compliance, user onboarding, and continuous platform reliability Education & Certifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Salesforce certifications strongly preferred: Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant Experience & Technical Skills
7-10+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture 5+ years focused on Salesforce platform design and delivery Expertise in designing scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom development, system integrations, and platform security Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, declarative and programmatic tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components), and API integration Experience with modern cloud architecture patterns and tools including middleware, REST/SOAP APIs, identity management, and data pipelines Proven ability to balance technical excellence with business objectives Strong communication skills to explain architectural decisions to both technical teams and executive stakeholders Preferred Experience
Direct digital experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, and/or real estate industries
