We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to play a strategic “striker” role in driving business growth. This individual will design scalable solutions, lead end-to-end architecture, and develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for complex business challenges. Acting as a trusted advisor, the architect will proactively identify problem statements, propose innovative technical solutions, and influence key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade implementations.
Develop PoCs to validate architectural decisions and accelerate solution delivery.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives.
Ensure adherence to best practices in security, integration, and performance optimization.
Provide thought leadership and guidance on Salesforce capabilities and roadmap.
Participate in Technical Review Board meetings to approve designs and validate approaches for new development.
Be open to hands‑on coding and development work when required to ensure solution quality and feasibility.

Hands‑On Development: Be willing and able to write Apex code, build Lightning Web Components (LWC), and perform configuration tasks when needed to support delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders, influencing decisions with clear technical rationale.
Mentorship: Guide development teams on best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends to recommend forward‑looking solutions.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, and performance requirements for financial services environments.
Required Skills & Expertise
Salesforce Clouds: Deep, hands‑on experience in Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Core Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. Strong understanding of API integration patterns, OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Salesforce security model. Expertise in data modeling, data migration strategies, and performance tuning.
Integration & Middleware: Experience with Mulesoft, AWS services, and other enterprise integration platforms.
DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with Copado, Gearset, Git, Autorabit, and automated deployment pipelines.
Enterprise Experience: Proven track record in banking and financial services environments or other large‑scale enterprise implementations.
Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 a year
