General Description The BeOne Hematology Franchise is growing, and we are seeking

3 Senior Director/Executive Director Brand Leads: BTKi, BCL-2i, and BTK Degrader . Each brand lead will report to the Vice President of US Hematology Marketing and be responsible for the overall US strategy and execution for their brand. These leaders will develop the brand vision and strategic focus, drive integrated marketing efforts, ensuring cohesive brand communications, set net revenue forecasts, ensure net revenue attainment, own the brand P&L, and importantly, lead the cross-functional Brand Leadership Team with functional partners from across the organization.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Serve as the primary Brand Champion ensuring strategy development and tactical execution across all internal stakeholders

Oversee the development and execution of the brand vision, positioning, strategy and messaging to address market landscape dynamics across indications

Core member of the Global Brand Team (GBT) to ensure line of sight and US commercial POV representation

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, HEOR, Finance, Corporate Affairs and Advocacy, Government Affairs, and other functions as needed to align strategy, messaging, data generation and publication priorities, and tactical planning and execution that will maximize brand value

Lead the development of the patient strategy and tactical plan in alignment with the overall brand strategy across channels (web, video/TV, and social media) that will enhance brand performance

Collaborate with Global Insights & Analytics to initiate and analyze market data and primary research and leverage regional marketing team KOL insights to assess customer needs and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions for the brand

Anticipate and establish scenario plans for different outcomes and changes in the competitive landscape, unmet need, access scenarios, strategic implications and action plans, including development and ongoing optimization of forward looking brand messaging based on publication and strategic planning

Lead annual strategic planning processes for the brand (Brand Plan, LRP, AOP), including net revenue forecast development with the support of Global Insights & Analytics, OPEX investment planning, and P&L planning.

Ensure net revenue forecast attainment, OPEX management, investment trade-off analysis, and P&L attainment quarterly and annually consistent with Brand Plan, LRP, and AOP

Lead quarterly business reviews in coordination with the Insights & Analytics and F inance teams

Develop measurement plans to assess effectiveness of initiatives using advanced analytics in collaboration with the Insights & Analytics and Omnichannel teams.

Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Commercial Learning and Development, and Market Access on field execution of marketing strategy and messaging using PRC-approved materials (marketing materials, reprints, FAQs, FDMs, etc.)

Ensure compliance with all Legal, Regulatory, Privacy, and Pharmacovigilance requirements

Establish clear goals and align team efforts with business objectives and priorities

Foster collaboration, accountability, and professional development within the team

Preferred Qualifications

BS/BA with 12+ years or an MA/MS/MBA with 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry marketing or related experience (including sales, finance, forecasting, market research, etc.)

Launch experience with accelerated approval under Subpart H

Must have at least 5 years of experience as a marketing leader in Oncology with experience in malignant hematology (CLL highly preferred). Ideal candidates will have prior experience in similar brand leadership marketing roles

4+ years of people management experience with proven ability to grow and develop direct reports

Experience in highly competitive markets

Proven cross-functional agility and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and generate consensus through inclusion

Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Ability to remain calm in the face of challenges and lead with confidence and positivity during periods of ambiguity and change

Self-directed but seeks alignment with Commercial leadership and keeps them regularly informed on key workstreams and issues

Education Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences or a related field

MBA or advanced degree preferred

Salary Range: $224,400.00 - $294,400.00 annually

Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
