Base pay range: $200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Senior Superintendent – Commercial Construction Based in Palo Alto, CA, we are Northern California’s #1 high‑end commercial GC and were even voted ENR's 2015 Contractor of the Year! As a senior superintendent on our team, you will oversee all field operations to ensure the successful execution of construction projects, managing teams of union and nonunion professionals while coordinating with project stakeholders. This role requires leadership in safety, scheduling, budgeting, and site logistics to deliver high‑quality, on‑time results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage construction schedules, site logistics, and subcontractor coordination.

Lead safety initiatives and foster foreman development for future leadership roles.

Partner with the project manager to plan and control resources, budgets, and overall site operations.

Requirements Must have

15+ years of commercial construction experience

10+ years of construction project supervisory experience

Proficiency with PM software (Prolog or similar) and scheduling software (Primavera or similar)

Nice to have

Bachelor’s degree

Experience with life sciences, entertainment, or hospitality construction projects
