Overview We are currently searching for a

Marketing & Brand Manager

for our client. This is a senior, hands-on

Marketing & Brand Manager

role with a well-established Texas law firm, reporting directly to the CMO. The position owns the firm’s brand and marketing strategy across its legal practices and supports multiple offices across Texas.

The role is a blend of strategy and execution—leading brand positioning, thought leadership, digital marketing, website and social media strategy, graphic design, and events. You’ll partner closely with attorneys to elevate practice visibility, drive client engagement, and strengthen the firm’s market presence. The position also manages one direct report (Marketing Coordinator).

Responsibilities

Lead brand positioning, thought leadership, digital marketing, website and social media strategy, graphic design, and events.

Partner closely with attorneys to elevate practice visibility, drive client engagement, and strengthen the firm’s market presence.

Manage one direct report (Marketing Coordinator).

Ideal background / Qualifications

8+ years in marketing/communications (legal or professional services strongly preferred)

Proven experience building and executing brand and demand-generation strategies

Strong writing and editing skills (AP Style)

Deep experience with digital marketing, SEO, analytics, CRM/MarTech tools

Comfortable designing collateral and managing websites, blogs, and social media

Experience working directly with senior stakeholders (partners/attorneys)
