Overview
Position Summary: Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and meeting Membership goals. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift procedures, hazardous materials handling and disposal, and reporting unsafe situations to Management. Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs. Completes work assignments by using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and partners, identifying priorities and deadlines, communicating progress, addressing improvement opportunities, and adapting to change. Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.

Follow company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity; apply related action plans and the Open Door Policy in executing business processes.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to meet Membership goals and improve operations.
Maintain safety standards, perform safety-related tasks, and report unsafe conditions to management.
Process Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $24.00 per hour. The actual rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
