Tonkin Hillsboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram has a wonderful opening for an individual who would like to start a career in the automotive industry. This opportunity does not require previous automotive experience. We are seeking a Lot Attendant/Porter to join our dealership. This position is a perfect way to get an understanding of the automotive industry and how a dealership works. Many of our Lot Attendants/Porters go on to become Sales Representatives or Technicians. Working as our Lot Attendant/Porter, your duties would range from assisting in detailing cars to rearranging the car lot. The ideal candidate would have a great work ethic and great people skills.
Base pay range $16.30/hr - $18.00/hr
Lot Attendant/Porter Job Responsibilities
Perform check-in inspections of vehicles on the service drive and park them in designated areas.
Pull vehicles up and deliver to guests upon completion.
Provide quality customer service to guests.
Maintain an orderly appearance of vehicle displays.
Clean and fuel vehicles for customer handover.
Assist service advisors as necessary.
Other duties as needed to help support the Service team.

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Driver’s License.
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be 18 years or older & have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.
