Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Entry‑Level BIM Drafter to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the development of Building Information Modeling (BIM) drawings and 3D models for a variety of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow their technical skills, learn industry standards, and work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and construction professionals. Key Responsibilities
Create and update 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools. Assist in developing coordinated architectural, structural, or MEP models (depending on discipline). Perform basic clash detection and update models based on team feedback. Maintain accurate documentation, drawing files, and model revisions. Follow established modeling standards, naming conventions, and workflows. Support project teams by producing sheets, details, schedules, and plan sets. Communicate with designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure modeling accuracy. Assist with exporting, printing, and preparing deliverables for internal and client reviews. Qualifications
Associate degree or technical certificate in Drafting, BIM Technology, CAD Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCAD (coursework or internship experience acceptable). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow modeling standards. Basic understanding of construction drawings, building systems, or design terminology. Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks. Good communication and problem‑solving skills. Preferred (Not Required)
Experience using Navisworks, Bluebeam, or other industry software. Internship or project experience with BIM workflows. Knowledge of building codes or construction processes. Key Competencies

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, OR. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
