This is a full-time, on-site Membership Advisor position located in Edison, NJ. The Membership Advisor will focus on engaging with potential and existing members, promoting membership sales, and providing guidance on fitness club services and offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching membership sales targets, building relationships with prospective members, delivering excellent customer service, and effectively communicating the value of LA Fitness memberships. This role requires a proactive and approachable individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment. Qualifications
Experience in Membership Sales and familiarity with membership programs Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to address member needs promptly and professionally Sales skills, including the ability to meet sales targets and build relationships with potential clients Passion for health, fitness, and wellness Effective time management and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or experience in sales or fitness is a plus
