As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both
contract and permanent positions , with a targeted start in
February . This is a
360 recruiting role , offering
desk ownership, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-performing environment . Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for contract and permanent placements Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates Source, screen, and place candidates specifically in the Mechanical Engineering and Plumbing sectors Contribute to team growth and success through consistent performance Hybrid schedule — 4 days in office, 1 day WFH Competitive base salary (~$55K) plus commissions from 10% up to 45% Full benefits package, including 3% 401(k) match Travel incentives, team events, and performance bonuses Social and wellness perks, including half-yearly trips, quarterly directors’ dinners, monthly lunch clubs, cycle-to-work scheme, discounted gym membership, and quarterly social club This is an excellent opportunity for recruiters with
